In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
It has a lovely rich colour and is strong and sturdy with a good level top.
It has a historic repair to a split on the column which has been recently strengthened and has not affected the table structurally or aesthetically. There are various small marks, stains, knocks and signs of use and age which provide the wonderful rich patination but no major damages or anything detrimental.
