This Mahogany Wine Table is of the finest quality. Unlike most other wine tables, this one has the piecrust moulding around the top, actually carved out of the solid piece of timber that makes the top. If you think of the amount of work this requires, scooping out the middle of the top to leave the moulding proud to be carved, rather than the moulding simply being stuck on, as are most other tables like this, you can see why we can say with some certainty that this example sits at the very top of the quality tree.
Not only is the top a work of art, the supporting tripod base is equally beautifully made. A table for the discerning connoisseur in every way.
