A Sheraton Period Inlaid Oval Pembroke Table

Description

With marquetry inlay profusely decorating the whole table with swags, hare bells, scrolls, foliate designs and large oval fan in the top, all on a back ground of Cuban mahogany. The table is raised on square tapered legs which retain their original brass castors with leather wheels, the handles and lock are also original. The table is in very good condition. 710mm high, 500mm wide (closed) 930mm wide (open) and 760mm deep. Circa 1785.
