Dining Table. Burr Walnut C 1860.

Description

Fine quality mid 19th Century oval walnut dining table of good size. A comfortable 6 seater on

4 cabriole legs and a very decorative undertier. All joints are firm and the beautifully grained Burr

walnut top is is flat and level. The top lifts up from the base on a 2 bolts and stands upright for storing when not in use.

We have thoroughly inspected this table, lightly refurbished and wax polished to show the rich and mellow patina of the Burr Walnut, a much prized wood in the middle 19th Century.
