M Lees and Sons has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The turned column supports with gilded dragon's head and scroll feet carving to the bases . Each table base united by a curved stretcher to the rear .

The cartouche-shaped rectangular tops each individually painted and gilded with a different scene of Chinese landscapes with figures , processions and pagodas. Some rubbing to the gilding and wear to the largest of the table tops commensurate with polishing, age and use.
Minor chips and losses to the lacquer of the bases.
Superb decorative statement to bring colourful Oriental exoticism to a period interior .
