Highly decorative Chinese black lacquer and gilded low coffee table of rectangular waisted form ,raised on shaped square-section supports with gilded feet.

The top decorated with finely carved and applied soapstone decoration, featuring birds , flowers and foliage.

Covered with a removable and rebated /inset glass top .

In excellent condition, with aged lacquer finish and atmospheric rubbing to gilded highlights.
