Description

Antique george 111 carved country oak side table desk c1780

This is a lovely antique george 111 carved country oak side table desk and dating from around 1780. It has a beautifully carved top and edge with one long drawer to the front with brass handles and being oak lined. It stands on turned legs joined by a squared stretcher. It is hand & peg joined and the carving may possibly have been done in the early 1800's.

It is in very good condition with good colour and patination to the oak oozing the charm and character of the period and I am sure that whoever buys this will be very pleased with their purchase.

Measurements: 29" high X knee height 22" X 24" deep X 35" wide
