Description

Here we have a stunning George II Oak gate leg table c1760. As you can see the table has super colour and patina. There is a plank top which is pegged to the base with the pegs raised from the surface. There are original hinges and a rule joint to the rising leaves. The base is wonderful with great colour. There are two end drawers which are hung and the base has squared legs of pegged mortice and tenon construction. There is a beautiful decorative moulding to the outside edge of the legs. A super period table in great retail condition comfortably seating 6. The dimensions are approx 64 inches wide 57 deep and 29 high.
