Top Quality Regency Rosewood Card Table

19th century
Description

Highest quality Regency period rosewood card table in the manner of JOHN McLEAN. The best of rosewood veneers used throughout, being veneered on solid mahogany. The overall design is very pleasing to the eye with turned (knurling) type decoration all over. The base with original gilded cast brass lion type feet with integral castors.

The piece is in very good order and is a beautiful colour for rosewood.

Recently replaced green baize inside.
