Circa 1830 William IV Period Solid Mahogany Library Writing Table with Great Shape and Generous Size for Two People.

Description

Circa 1830 William IV period library solid mahogany writing table having a very generous size for two people to use if required, but that will also fit in most rooms.

With 4 working drawers, 2 to each side, this can hold two people using laptops, or would be a very generous desk for one. Can be used as centre table.

Size-42 inches wide by 36 inches deep by 30 inches high.

The top is leather covered, with gilt embossed sides, and the top edge of the table is moulded with rounded corners.

The legs are beautifully petal carved, and stand on the original castors.

A lovely and functional library writing table in very good condition, with great light to medium colour and patination.

Many chairs available if required. Shown in one picture with Georgian chair under separate listing.
