Description

This is a very decorative late 19th Century side table dating from around 1870. The table has ormolu mounts and satinwood inlaid central panel beautifully decorated with a vase of flowers surrounded by drapery and leaf scrolls. The frieze drawer has similar decoration and a mask pattern escutcheon. The table is in good original order (some minor age related marks as would be expected) and is structurally sound. The table is raised on turned tapering fluted legs joined by shaped and turned stretchers.

This is a useful size measuring 43 inches when open by 20 ins by 29 ins high. With the leaves down this is 29" wide.
