Description

This is a very decorative and quite rare Chinese Chinoiserie console table which dates from the mid 19th century. This very petite and pretty table is in beautiful red lacquer hand decorated and gilded in Chinoiserie style with figures set within scenes with traditional Chinese buildings and trees. The table has swept garlands beneath and is raised on a single cabriole leg.

The table is is excellent condition for its age, and measures 68 cms wide, 29 cms deep and is 78 cms high.
