An attractive and rare mahogany table with an unusual top that lifts, when a catch below is released to reveal compartments and drawers.
The top is cross banded and the base has pretty inlay. There is also inlay down the legs and pateras in the ends. The 4 out-swept legs terminate in brass casters. It is a free standing table having a polished back exactly the same as the front.
