Mirrored Top Antique Jeweller's Display Table.

This is a shapely, antique jewellers display table in solid carved walnut with original gilt on the carved highlights. The original mirrored top is un-symetrical and curvy with a reeded edge and carvings. The mirror top has a bevelled edge and is covered in tiny scratches made by the jewels that have been looked at on it over the years. The jewellers table legs are cabriole in shape and feature carved shoulders and toes. All in very good, solid and stable condition. A lovely piece originally used in a Jewellers shop to view jewels upon. Dates from around 1900.
