A late 19th century high quality Pugin style library writing table, having a moulded ebonised edged top with leather inset, decorated with blind and gilt tooling, the writing surface having figured Oak cross-banded surround. Raised on 4 ring turned legs with Ebonised detailing adjoined by a chamfered stretcher rail. This firm standing highly stylish English table in lovely condition with good proportions. Circa 1880
