A quality antique mahogany adjustable reading table or duet stand stamped by the Renowned Maker James Winter, Soho London; having a horizontally sliding top as well as being vertically adjustable in height. Suitable as a lectern or duet music stand. A single bar with brass pins can be located either side into the brass bushes to support books or scores. The quatrefoil base is supported by flat bun feet and sustains a solid and stable cannon form column.
