Description

A superb quality regency rosewood Georgian rare design spider leg umbrella card table with a Wilkinson patent action opening mechanism. A highly desirable and refined piece of furniture with great provenance. The top cross banded inlaid with a generous satinwood band. The top opening to reveal a new lined baize. The central stem with rotating boss with four inverted sabre legs and brass swivel castors and the whole mounted with original gilt bronze mounts. This side sofa hall occasional lamp table would make a handsome addition to any home. Excellent condition. Circa 1810. Measures 36”w x 17.5”d x 28”h
