Description:
This is an attractive and very good quality antique Queen Anne burr walnut circular coffee table, circa 1920, in excellent original condition. The table features a simple moulded rim. The top consists of stunning quarter sections of burr walnut veneer, on a solid walnut frame and legs. Further below is a simple shaped frieze. The table is supported by four prominent cabriole legs, which at the knees, feature elegant shell motif carvings. The legs terminate on elegant pad shaped feet. This vintage coffee table is unique and quirky with a lovely colour; it would be an ideal interior decorators’ item.
This coffee table boasts a mellow burr walnut colour. It has a fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.

Condition Report:
This coffee table is in good condition. There is an excellent colour and patination to the timber. The top of the table is constructed with top quality burr walnut veneers. It has a fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received. Nominal old used marks to the leading edges but nothing significant considering the age of the item. There has been some upwards movement to the top over the years but it is solid in joint (does not wobble) and is ready to be used.
