Spectacular William IV Figured Mahogany Antique Circular Dining Table

This Spectacular William IV Figured Mahogany Antique Circular Dining Table circa, 1835, has a beautifully figured circular top that tilts with the original brass mechanism. This striking table would be suitable for dining or as a centre table in a grand hallway and could quite comfortably accommodate six dinner guests. It stands on a spectacular central turned acanthus leaf carved pedestal above a tripod base with three beautifully scrolled feet with castors. The mahogany has aged to a rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
