The beautifully figured top is made from solid walnut with one central removable leaf, has a winding handle and winding mechanism. The edges are moulded and the corners are rounded and it stands on four delightfully turned tulip carved legs with quality brass cup castors. It can comfortably seat six to eight people for dining and is a true quality piece. It is a rich warm shade of walnut shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
