A Georgian painted pine bidet table with the original paintwork. The table is made in pine which is painted in a camel colour and decorated with lines simulating inlay in dark brown and black, this is all original. The Table stands on straight tapered legs joined with a ''H'' stretcher and the top has a lift off lid with inside the original bidet bowl by Wedgwood. This is a rare item to have survived in good condition with the orginal paintwork and in such good overall condition (there has been an insert to the stretcher and a bracing plate added to one interior side). The table would make an excellent low lamp table or sofa table.
