Regency Six Legged Tea Table with Ebony Stringing.

Description

I strongly believe that this table is made from harewood which is a very rare timber. It is really only found in quality pieces of furniture of this period or it is used as a veneer for the very best pieces of furniture.

I may be wrong , it is only my opinion.

The tea table has ebony stringing around the tops of the legs and it is also present around the edges of the top and bottom of the table. This is a mark of quality workmanship. I have tried to show this in the pictures.

There are small signs of its age which is to be expected. Also, there is a slight water mark on the top which I have not attempted to remove because I was concerned that I may 'lose' the colour of this lovely piece.

Of course inspection is welcome .

Delivery £75 to most parts of UK.
