Huge Twelve 12 Ft Georgian Mahogany Antique Dining Table

This Huge Twelve Ft Mahogany Antique Dining Table dates from the Georgian period around 1800. This wonderful table consists of two D end console tables and one drop leaf dining table with an additional leaf that when all joined together make a huge fourteen seater table. Because of the separate pieces it is versatile, the two D ends may be used as side tables, or joined together to make a round table. The top is beautifully figured and is constructed from one inch thick solid mahogany. This superb table stands on tapering legs and has been later adapted to this tremendous size and is strong and sturdy for everyday use. The Mahogany has been finished to a rich shade with a striking grain, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
