French Demi Lune Marble Top Console Table

19th century
Description

Circa 1830, French demi lune console table of unusual stylish design. The top is white marble and beneath this is a thick moulding and then a wonderful flame mahogany apron with a rectangular brass beading. From this protrude two elongated shaped sabre legs which are veneered in flame mahogany and taper into a fine square with a brass bezel, sitting on a demi lune elongated platform base with a flame veneer similar to the apron. Excellent condition, good colour and functional piece.

Size 85cm high x 64.5cm wide x 34cm deep.

Most items include delivery anywhere in the UK mainland.
