Description

Large Oak Waring & Gillows Dining Table.

This huge 1930's oak dining table was made by Waring and Gillows for the Swansea Guild Hall which was designed by Frank Brangwyn.

The table very much matched the style of the actual Guild Hall building with reeded columns, flat stretchers.

The large oak top is decorated with inlaid stringing.

A very impressive 1930's oak dining table, that can easily seat fourteen and with an interesting provenance.

Fabulous quality and in superb, clean condition.

Stamped by the makers, Waring & Gillows.
