Large Solid Oak Victorian Antique Extending Dining Table

This Large Solid Oak Antique Extending Dining Table dates from the Victorian era circa, 1890. This wonderful table has a large solid oak top with a lovely decorative carved edge and canted corners. The top has a wind out mechanism and winding handle and has two central removable leaves making it versatile depending on how many dinner guests you are catering for. This splendid table stands on four chunky decorative carved turned legs with brown porcelain castors. The oak has aged to a medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
