Georgian brass inlaid mahogany pedestal Pembroke sofa table. This is a lovely table, that is full of age, charm and character. No loose joints or wobbles and the mahogany lined drawer slides freely. Simple four legged base and a beautiful melon fluted stem, terminating in brass castors (some wear as you would expect and one replaced).

As with all genuine antique furniture, you can expect to see some historic knocks, marks, wear, imperfections, cracks, scratches, repairs and/or alterations. Just a few historic woodworm holes, believed extinct, that we have treated for good measure. There are historic structural repairs and a steel strengthening plate to the underside of the base (nearly all similar tables have these). No key and the lock is untested. There are various signs of historical repairs and refinishing.

Overall maximum dimensions: 99.5cm wide (53cm wide closed), 91cm deep, 71cm high.
