Stunning Quality Large Edwardian Walnut Antique Dining Table

This Stunning Quality Large Walnut Antique Dining Table dates from the Edwardian period circa, 1900. This attractive table has a beautifully figured solid walnut top with three central removable leaves, winding handle and wind out mechanism. The top has a decorative carved edge sitting above a frieze with moulded lower edge. The additional leaves also benefit from a frieze around the edges showing the pure quality and craftsmanship of this stunning table. This marvellous table would be ideal when catering for those additional dinner guests and could quite comfortably seat twelve once extended. It stands on four tapering legs with spade feet and quality brass castors with decorative moulded edges and floral carved motif. The walnut has been finished to a rich warm shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
