Fine Regency Gillows Small Drop Leaf Mahogany Dining Table

In the Attractive style and quality of a Gillows piece, this delightful dining table circa, 1830 has a beautifully figured solid mahogany top with reeded edge and two drop leaves with support swinging brackets. On one of the sides has an oak lined cock beaded drawer with decorative brass handle, whilst the other side is mirrored with a faux drawer. This Fine dining table stands on beautifully turned reeded legs with small brass cup castors. The Mahogany has aged to a lovely rich shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
