Highly decorative 19th century gilt Louis XVI style console table with original shaped marble top over a frieze with foliate swags, on tapering fluted supports. The shaped stretcher draped with garlands of flowers. The decorative central plaques to the upper frieze and the lower stretcher depict cherubs at bacchanalia and representing the arts. This is a fabulous table and in excellent condition. English circa. 1860
