Each of the tabletops is inlaid with intricate satinwood and tulipwood. Each of the four tables slides comfortably into each other. The nest of tables is supported by refined ring turned mahogany legs, which in turn are supported by arched cross stretchers and splayed feet. The nest of tables boast a rich mahogany colour and they are in excellent robust condition. This is an extremely useful piece of furniture and a great asset to have in any office, living room or hallway and it consumes very little space.
It has a beautiful deep rich patina, which has been generated by the years of cleaning and care it has received. This truly is a very beautiful item with quality construction and is original throughout. It is rare to see one in such good condition. This item would certainly grace any home. Condition Report:
This nest of tables is in excellent robust condition. The tables slide into each other smoothly. The polished finish in excellent condition; there is no missing satinwood or tulip wood string inlay. There are no water marks or ink stains to the tabletops. The legs are sturdy and there have been no breaks to the legs, stretchers or feet. This item is free of woodworm, solid in joint and ready to use.
