Superb Quality Figured Rosewood Antique William 1V Writing Table

Dating from ca. 1835, this delightful antique William 1V writing table has a beautifully figured rectangular top with rounded corners that sit above two mahogany lined frieze drawers. This superb piece stands on two octagonal tapering pedestals with shaped base with beautifully turned bun feet and brass castors. The table has aged to a wonderful rich warm rosewood with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
