It has a solid mahogany beautifully figured top with moulded edges and a large central removable leaf. The base has four wonderfully turned pedestals which stand on a shaped base finished with turned bun feet and castors. When closed the table will sit four diners in comfort, when extended it can sit up to eight. It is a lovely quality table that has aged to a rich shade of mahogany with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
