Victorian Walnut Antique Occasional Table

Dating from around 1880 in the Victorian period this antique walnut occasional table is full of the charm and character from the time. It has a beautifully figured one piece circular top supported by a central turned pedestal. The table stands on splayed legs with a decorative central finial. It has benefitted from additional structural support earlier in its life making it a very usable, attractive table and is priced accordingly. The walnut has aged to a rich medium shade with a striking grain, good patina, is in very good condition and has been beautifully cleaned using a traditional form of wax finishing.
