A Long 19thc French Farmhouse Table

Description

An absolutely lovely long narrow French farmhouse table. Four plank sycamore top with oak frame and tapered legs. The top is covered in layers of original brown paint which over the years has flaked and become distressed revealing patches other paint finishes and the sycamore below.The table has been treated for woodworm (there is evidence of old worm)and sealed.It is solid and the oak peg jointed carcass and legs are painted in a distressed cream.This would look fantastic in a large kitchen, dining room or hall.
