This is a great quality, English antique oak console table that dates from around 1840-50.
The front scroll over legs are decoratively and well carved, the back legs are turned and square.
In the console table are two ash wood lined drawers which have raised panel fronts, again in oak.
The oak timber used throughout is lovely, pale and natural.
This antique oak console is now in Miles Griffiths antiques showrooms in Clitheroe, Lancashire.
