Having said all that, we could get it re-leathered & hand coloured for about £100 in any colour you like. There is a brass rim all around the top, brass corner edges further down, inset brass military handles on all the drawer, brass inlay on the legs & original brass casters too. There are 4 real drawers & 4 dummy drawers. It's antique Regency style, probably dating from around the 1910-20's period & is structurally sound.
