Late George III Mahogany Side Table

Description

Late George III mahogany side table, with boxwood inlaid top and stylish fore edge. Below is 1 long drawer with 2 circular brass handles and a stylish diamond shaped escutcheon. The drawer is crossbanded in walnut. Below there is a simple straight line inlay of boxwood and rosewood banding, which continues around the top of the leg and round the side of the table. The table stands on 4 square tapering legs, with the front legs unusual as they are swept at the front, finishing on block toes. The table is mellow in colour, neat sized and very stylish.

Size 72cm high x 96cm wide x 50cm deep.

Most items include delivery anywhere in the UK mainland.
