A Geo III Sheraton Design Demilune Tea Table

Description

A good quality Geo III Sheraton design demilune tea table. Unusual satinwood or boxwood inlay possibly suggesting IRISH origin. Quality veneers have been used the top with mahogany crossbanding parallelled with ebony and boxwood stringing.The legs again with inlays and collars to the bottoms. Double gateleg rear leg action to the support the oval shaped top when open. There has been a repair to the top of the right hand rear leg and as a result the boxwood vertical line inlay panel is missing(the rest is present). This is not noticeable unless closely examined.

91 cms wide by 42 deep max when closed and 71 cms high.
