Description

A free standing early 19thC mahogany reading/writing table with adjustable ratchet slope. Oak lined drawer and cutaway undertier below. The drawer pulls are period replacements the original pulls probably being of turned mahogany.Lovely original small leather covered roller casters to the legs. This table is free standing which allows it to be viewed from all sides. Ideal for display of menus in a restaurant or hotel. Perfect for the display of prints in a gallery. A receipt from an Epping Antique dealer is in the drawer dated 1972 for £54.00.

The dimensions are-: 55cms wide by 55 deep and 74.5cms to the horizontal writing surface.Knee height 63.5 cms.
