In the closed position, having rounded end corners with carved border edge. Four outer carved single end legs with castor feet. Central, heavily carved four legged supporting pedestal base with castor feet.
Having easy pull out extending action when required, enabling this table to be used with one or currently six leaves, (space for 2 more leaves) can be extended to the length required from 72" closed to 178.5" with six leaves fitted, as shown in photograph one & two.
Having original polish finish, circa 1840.
