Description

We are pleased to bring this great quality serpentine shaped Victorian consul table to the market , made from high quality solid mahogany this consul table stands on a pair of substantial carved cabriole legs highly decorated top and bottom and reaching down from the serpentine shaped top frieze to the chunky solid lower shelf.

The thick shaped marble top is original and finished in a nice understated grey and white , totally suited to most room settings.

The condition is good , there are the usual couple of stable age related stress cracks on the solid mahogany lower shelf, a couple of minor veneer nicks to the lower skirt and a couple of minor nibbles to the marble edge, the largest shown in the last photo although the colour disguises it well,for a piece of furniture in use in the busiest room in the house it has remained in great shape and ready for immediate use in a room of your choice !!
