French Amboyna Wood Brass Mounted Work Table Sewing Box.

Description

A lovely quality and condition French walnut and amboyna wood work table , the serpentine shaped top is brass bound and further crossbanded with rosewood , lifting to reveal a mirrored lid and fitted pull out compartment fully locking with a super chased brass lock , the table stands on sweeping elegant cabriole legs again brass strung , the shaped frieze also crossbanded around superb grained amboyna wood.

The condition is absolutely ready for immediate home use having been gently cleaned and repolished including lightly highlighting the brass .
