Stunning Quality Sheraton Revival Inlaid Card Table

1900 - 1920
Description

Lovely quality mahogany inlaid card table in the Sheraton revival manner using top quality inlaid timbers

Urn and swag inlaid cross banded top ,superb inlaid frieze with line inlays and cross banded sitting on four inlaid tapered legs again of the highest quality being inlaid on all corners , the front three with further bow and swag inlays culminating in square brass cup casters , the rear leg pulls smoothly from the rear to rest the open top upon which in turn reveals a replaced blue baize interior with further line inlays .

I cant find a name but undoubtedly of Edwards & Roberts quality although probably a little later in period, just a few old marks beneath the polish otherwise gorgeous condition !!
