Edwardian Mahogany Inlaid Pembroke Table on Reeded Legs.

Description

Edwardian Mahogany Inlaid Pembroke Table. The quarter veneered top with D shaped mirror veneered dropleaves all with crossbanded edge having chequered internal stringing and boxwood outline stringing with moulded side edges. Diamond shaped inlaid central panel with outline stringing with harebell decorated surround. Mahogany lined frieze drawer with turned knob handles having a inlaid banding around central panel with chequer outline stringing same to reverse side. Stringing above the turned and reeded legs on turned feet with castors. Shaped stretcher joining the legs having outline boxwood stringing. Stamped 19 below drawer also having pencil reference as done by Maple & Co.
