George IV Small Mahogany Drum Table

19th century
Description

Circa 1820, George IV circular small sized mahogany drum table. The top is crossbanded mahogany with a wonderful green patinated leather with simple gilding and tooling on the edge. Below are various convex drawers with small brass handles and very stylish escutcheons. The base has a wonderful Nelson twist or rope column which finishes on 4 splayed feet with brass tipped castors. The table (re-polished) has wonderful mahogany veneers. The top revolves and is detachable. Very good condition.

Size 71cm high x 87cm diameter.

Most items include delivery anywhere in the UK mainland.
