Cloverleaf Home Interiors has dated this piece to the 1800s.
Here we have a fine Regency Mahogany drop flap work table. As you can see the table has great colour and patina. The table has cross banded and inlaid drawers with faux drawers replicated on the other side. The legs are well turned and have their original casters. The top has two flaps with a gate action to hold them. As you can see the top and flaps show know signs of warping as many of these have. There are turned wooden handles on the drawers which have hand cut dovetail joints and run smoothly. The table has lovely proportions and is in excellent retail condition. Dimensions are approx 28 inches high 20 deep and 15 wide. 31 inches wide with the flaps up. A super quality table ready for your home.
