Fine Dining Table - Extending - 1870

This Victorian dining table is a super example. It is presented in stunning condition.

The table extends with the addition of one leaf to adapt from a generous 4 seater to a 6 to 8 seater. The extension is a very quick operation with the winder handle operating very smoothly. The table is very robust and sturdy in both forms.

Well shaped cabriole legs terminate with an integral castor.

The table is everything that is expected of a table of this type and era and represents a very rare find in this condition. The mahogany is excellently displayed with a deep rich colour throughout.

Overall this piece of furniture is in excellent order and will make a beautiful addition to any home.
