Pair of Adam Style Marble Top Tables

1900 - 1920
Description

Fine pair of late 19thc /early 20thc Adam style mahogany marble top side tables of small proportion.

They have inserted verde antico marble tops (not original) & below, a curl mahogany frieze.

At the corners of the top of the front legs are carved anthemion brackets.

The front legs are slightly tapered with fluted carved decorartion leading down to block feet.

The back legs have a bracket at the top of the leg to allow the tables to sit flush against a wall.
