Late 19thc Chinese Table

A late 19thc Chinese hardwood three-tier table with a marble insert.

The marble has a reddish/pink tone & is framed with a hardwood moulded surround.

There is a moulding with piercing & a frieze with gadrooning and intricate foliage carving leading to the top corners of the legs.

The top of the legs have a face of an open-mouthed dragon leading down to a scroll design carving.

The legs terminate with a ball & claw foot and there are two further tiers of hardwood.

This table is ideal for displaying items or stands very well on its own.

All furniture sold has undergone any restoration necessary by our professional cabinet makers & polishers, so once you purchase a piece it can go straight into your home.
